Radhika Philip

Radhika founded Innovating Teams to create an interdisciplinary  community of innovation research and practice. Radhika has worked on innovation programs and capabilities with Bristol Myers Squibs and The New Teachers Project (TNTP). She has collaborated with Jacobs Solutions, the University of Virginia, and Bank of America on operating model initiatives and with Microsoft, Nokia, Omnicare, and Chubb (legacy ACE) on culture transformation.  She has provided advisory services to the New York City School Construction Authority, The Port Authority of New York, FAO (UN), Huawei, Cognizant, and the Green Climate Fund.

Radhika received graduate degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Business (MBA) from Columbia University, and an undergraduate degree in History from Smith College.  Her publications include “Achieve Breakthrough Innovation: Embrace a New Way to Lead”; “Leading Teams for Transformation - Lessons from the Jazz bandstand”, “Expect the Unexpected: The Art of Improvising with Others”, and the book Being Here: Conversations About Creativity.

Jaime Bond

Jamie Bond is an engineer and multidisciplinary strategist who focuses on building innovative capabilities across ecosystems coalitions to meet mega trends such as the clean energy transition, AI-adoption and climate readiness.

Jamie held strategic advisory roles at PA Consulting and Guidehouse, where she led digital transformation and sustainability projects for energy and public sector clients. At Duke Energy she supported the $16.3 billion grid modernization investment and the development the inaugural Plug-in Electric Vehicle Program, working with one of Tesla's earliest prototypes.

As head of research at Navigating Grey, Jamie co-led the development of the flagship platform that crowdsources community insights to better direct investments. Jamie sits on the Advisory Board of Carolina Community Impact, aiding in the provision of financial services to underserved communities. She received a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

John Reaves

John Reaves is a social entrepreneur, strategist, consultant and facilitator experienced in the development of innovation programs, creative and design processes for leading corporations and non-profit organizations. He has worked with innovation and product development labs at IBM, Bell Labs, NTT, Epson, and others. He has supported corporate communications programs related to new products, innovation and organizational change for PwC, Sodexo, GM, Exxon, 3M, Pratt & Whitney, Merck, SAP, Microsoft, ADP, Fidelity, and others. He designed virtual entrepreneurship programs for Bank of America and local government organizations.

 

John was the principal design strategist and curriculum developer for the Art of Science Learning (AOSL) project, funded by the National Science Foundation, and has collaborated with Cornell, Yale, Virginia Tech and University of Georgia, and other universities. John received an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology and graduate degree in Development Sociology from Cornell University. John has an MFA in playwriting from Yale School of Drama.

Howard Ketelson

Howard earned his PhD at McMaster University in Colloid and Polymer Chemistry. This experience led Howard to Novartis and Alcon, where he held a variety of scientific, strategic and leadership roles across the R&D and Commercial organizations.   He is currently Head of Ideation and Discovery at Scope Eye and Health Care.

Howard holds multiple patents and has published in chemistry, clinical science, and ophthalmology journals. Howard’s work has led to innovations spanning unmet medical needs in device, surgical and pharmaceutical products for the eye.

​

Howard pursues ideation models that rely on tapping coworkers’ knowledge while leveraging external partnerships to execute the feasibility of ideas. Disrupting the status quo with every step, he incubates projects and builds processes to screen ideas and validate scientific hypotheses with defined risk and commercialization criteria.
